The Silence of the Goddess

I still remember that drowsy sunday afternoon, lying on my couch and going through an article.
It stated something like " I cannot begin to explain the pain that came with my circumcision. I cannot go to places that have many people for fear that I might urinate on myself and be noticed."
I was then in my early teens and since seventeen years this thought kept disturbing me.
Bearing the curse of a simple human, with my limited capability, just wanted to share the story of those million souls that still haunts even after their body perishes.............



And thus with Silence the story ends......

I did the very best I could to
To Tell them;
they were hurting me.
If they heard,
they would have stopped,
but children are to be seen
and not heard.
And so they just kept cutting...
and cutting ...
